“ In search of a "good" Italian restaurant, we called the day before to inquire about a table. Although the restaurant was fully booked, we were offered a table for two, which we gratefully accepted. Arriving on time, we were greeted very warmly and seated at a suitable table for two. First, we were served the chef's special: a mozzarella stick with pesto and a slice of pizza bread, a delicious appetizer. Afterward, we ordered light pizza bread with garlic and a large salad with turkey breast and fresh mushrooms. The mushrooms and poultry were still pleasantly warm, and the salad was well seasoned with balsamic vinegar and oil. Then came the main course: spaghetti with "Frutti di Mare" and tagliatelle with salmon in a cream sauce. Perfectly matched, the seafood was perfectly seared and cooked to perfection. Parmesan cheese was offered to accompany it, which went well with it. A perfect start to a wonderful evening. We will gladly visit this lovely restaurant again, with a particularly pleasant lady who was in charge of our service. If only other restaurants were like this, then perhaps there would be more young restaurateurs daring to take the plunge and start their own business, encouraged by satisfied guests. Everything fits together here :-) ”
